  1. This is awesome Natalie! Another great resource is The Early to Rise Experiment. We started rising early before Christmas and have found the same benefits you write about. I also just absolutely love the time to myself!!

  2. I have been following your instagram for quite sometime since I was pregnant with my boys or when they were newborn… and I always admired how wonderful you “looked” after carrying twins. My boys are almost 16 months old and I have hated my tummy skin and have always been so self conscious. (I weat high waisted pants or leggings to hide the belly…
This was such a powerful post. Thank you so much for sharing. Just 6 weeks ago, I started working out under my husband’s coaching (he used to be a fitness instructor). When we work out after our boys sleep, he shows me our boys’ pictures and tell me they are the reasons why I work out. I want to stay healthy and young for them. So I can totally relate. If the belly flap starts to look better becaue of exercising, its a bonus 🙂 🙂

  3. Ugh…this struggle is so real, Natalie!! It sort of reminds me of horse racing; that’s why they put blinders on the horses…to keep them from constantly looking over at the others running alongside them. We need blinders sometimes too; so we can just keep moving forward without focusing all of our attention on where everyone else is at!! Thank you for the reminder and inspiration!

  4. Thank you for sharing your story. I had to do this at 21 weeks in October. It was the hardest thing I will ever have gone through. It’s apart of me everyday. But somewhere along the way it gets better. And you still have the memory of your baby girl (I was having a girl too), but there’s hope. This experience brought my husband and I closer together and made us realize we can make it through everything. I’m sure our daughters are in heaven and we will see them again soon. You are so strong.

  5. This story touched my heart like no other. I admire you Natalie. I will always remember this story and we will always remember Paisley. ❤️️

  6. So sorry Natalie for your loss. Thank you for sharing your so personal story and your beautiful pictures. May God bless your life and give you a mighty strength through His Holy Spirit.

  7. I am weeping as I read this. I have no words to say that seem adequate, but I can certainly share that God is receiving SO MUCH glory from your trust and devotion to Him. He is using your sweet Paisley to touch hearts. Dear sister, you remind me that God is enough for every trial. May His grace continue to cover you and your family…

  8. As I partake of my nightly rituals I somehow stumbled across yours and Paisley’s heart touching story. I pray God’s abundant peace over you and your precious and sweet family. You will continuously be in my prayers. ❤️

  9. Thank you for sharing your faith with us. It is encouraging to see you being a light for Jesus even during such a dark time. Prayers for your family and much love.
